Access to Justice Beer & Wine Tasting Bench / Bar Call A Lawyer On the third Thursday evening of each month, members of the El Paso County Bar Association donate time to answer the public’s legal questions at no charge. There is no obligation to the caller and the caller may remain anonymous. The attorneys always remain anonymous to avoid the appearance of solicitation. The telephone number for the public to call is 719-471-0380. The event will be held from 7:00- 9:00 pm. This number is available for this free service only from the hours of 7:00- 9:00 pm on the third Thursday of each month and will not be in effect at any other time.
