Join us for our kickoff lunch of the year! We will pass the gavel from President Paul Haller to President-Elect Greg O'Boyle. We will also announce the election results for the 2018-2019 board of directors, as well as thanking outgoing board members. Members will receive a link to the electronic election ballot by email (no in person voting).
A Nation Under Law, A Debate on the Limitations of Presidential Power

Elections will be followed by an exciting panel debate between Michael Francisco and Greg Walta, moderated by Eric Hall. This will be the first debate in a series of three debates on the limitations on the presidential power to pardon, limitations on a president's personal financial transactions (emoluments), and on the presidential power to resist a subpoena to testify.
