He practiced as an enforcement attorney in Los Angeles for the California Department of Corporations and in Philadelphia for the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, prior to entering private practice in 1989, where he represented both complainants and respondents in investment related arbitration proceedings, in forums including the NFA, AAA, JAMS, JAG, FINRA et al.

"No-shows" will still be charged for their meal if not cancelled on time.
