About The Racial Equity Habit Building Challenge©: The 21-Day Challenge was created by Dr. Eddie Moore, a nationally renowned diversity educator. This Challenge is being used by organizations across the country, including the American Bar Association (ABA). The challenge we are using here at the EPCBA was specially curated for the ABA in order to "advance deeper understandings of the intersections of race, power, privilege, supremacy and oppression."

21-Day Challenge Format: Each week, Monday through Wednesday, the EPCBA will post challenges on the event calendar to participate in. Then, every Thursday we will meet online in small groups to discuss the week's challenges. You do not need to register for any challenges or even participate in the Thursday discussion sessions to take the challenge, though we hope you will join us!
