Join us for a presentation by our very own Dave Johnson, who will be discussing Family Law Legislative and Other Updates. Dave will provide information about pending legislation in the House and Senate in Colorado on various topics including Appointment of Counsel for Youth, further defining “Neglect” of a child, and the Reproductive Health Equity Act, as well as 2021 legislation on child support, jurisdiction, and domestic violence issues.
