This year’s registration includes an online demographic survey that is anonymous and takes only 2 minutes to complete. You will be able to access it at the end of the registration process or you can complete it now by clicking here

Reasons to pay through our online registration system:

    • Easy to Follow Step-By-Step Process
    • Register Multiple Attorneys with a Single Transaction

    Admission Ceremony

Due to COVID-19, the mandatory admissions ceremony originally planned for June 1st, 2020 at Boettcher Hall has been canceled. In its place, the Office of Attorney Registration in conjunction with the Justices of the Colorado Supreme Court will host a number of remote admissions ceremonies in May to swear in cleared individuals in designated groups using Zoom. Please see the Admissions Ceremony & Oath of Admission link below for instructions on registering for one of several ceremonies in May.

Colorado Supreme Court: July 2020 Bar Examination

In light of the extraordinary circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Colorado Supreme Court presently intends to hold the Colorado bar examination as scheduled on July 28 and 29. Applicants should prepare to strictly comply with all applicable public health recommendations and exam protocols, which may include wearing masks, keeping six-foot distances, and cooperating with temperature checks.

Should the public health environment require that the next bar examination not occur on July 28 and 29, it will be rescheduled for Sept. 30 and Oct. 1. If that occurs, all applicants will be automatically registered for the later date.

The Court understands that the COVID-19 pandemic currently presents a number of frustrating uncertainties in the timing for licensure. As such, the Court has issued an Emergency Rule Concerning Certification for Limited Practice as a Graduate Before Admission By Examination. The rule, C.R.C.P. 205.8, is triggered if the July 2020 bar examination is postponed, and allows recent graduates to engage in supervised practice pursuant to the conditions outlined in the rule. It can be found at: http://www.coloradosupremecourt.us/PDF/BLE/RULE%20CHANGE%202020(15).pdf.
