Position Overview:

Sparks Willson, P.C. is seeking a commercial litigation attorney with 2 – 5 years of commercial litigation experience to join our established business law firm in Colorado Springs. The practice focuses on commercial disputes, representing businesses in state and federal courts across a wide range of industries. Attorney will receive significant responsibility from day one, and should be comfortable drafting pleadings and motions, handling written discovery and depositions, attending client meetings, and appearing in court. Attorney must be a self-starter who takes initiative to move cases forward.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation, particularly in:
• • Motion practice and courtroom advocacy
  • Contract, tort, and real estate disputes
  • Written discovery, e-discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Admission to the Colorado Bar is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary and bonus range: $140,000 – $200,000 annually, based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
