The SECURE ACT granted exceptions to the 10 year rule for inherited IRAs. Disabled and chronically ill IRA beneficiaries are permitted to use a stretched payout. This program will discuss the use of special needs trusts and inherited IRAs. The discussion will include best practice for these planning techniques.
