This program guides participants through the discovery of their CliftonStrengths, a research-based assessment tool designed to help individuals identify and apply their unique talents. By understanding and leveraging these strengths, attorneys can enhance their professional effectiveness, improve workplace engagement, and support ethical legal practice. The program emphasizes the development of self-awareness and interpersonal skills critical to the legal profession, fostering more constructive interactions with colleagues, opposing counsel, clients, and the judiciary. Participants will explore how applying their strengths can lead to increased job satisfaction, improved communication, and more effective client representation, all contributing to greater professional competence and well-being within the legal field.

True inclusion goes beyond compliance—it requires awareness, empathy, and intentional action. This program explores practical ways to foster gender-inclusive environments in legal workplaces and services, including respectful communication, inclusive policies, and awareness of evolving legal frameworks like Colorado’s HB 25-1312. Participants will leave with actionable tools for ensuring that their practice, language, and culture reflect the full spectrum of human experience.
